When times are tough or you're feeling down, what's the one food you can count on to make you feel better?
I don't eat when I'm depressed as a rule. However, if it's the "Winter Blues", you know, its -10 outside and you just came home after braving a LONG day at work and commuting home in the cold then NOTHING beats a hot bowl of home made chicken noodle soup (or Campbell's if you're like me and not living with Mom anymore!) and a "sammich"! Something that reminds me of home always makes me feel better on a cold winter day!
